My first job was busing at a local family-owned business in high school.
How did you get involved in marketing?
I initially got involved in marketing by building websites while I was in Middle School. This is back in the day where you had to do everything by hand – there were no WYSIWYG editors, you got to know HTML. It was before Google, everything was built with Netscape Navigator in mind.

I’m currently in charge of finance strategy and customer advocacy.
What’s your favorite part of working for Bolt Goodly?

What’s your biggest business lesson learned?

Where do see the digital marketing world in 5 years? 10 years?
I see artificial intelligence and machine learning growing in the next 5 to 10 years specifically as a relates to how to deploy strategy. I still see the creative aspects of marketing and business remaining. I also see an increase in marketing in virtual reality landscapes.

Proudest business achievement? Personal achievement?
Probably my proudest business and personal achievement is being a patented inventor.
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy listening to podcasts, working in the yard, and spending time with my beautiful wife and dog-child Cori.
What’s your favorite band?
This is a tough one! I very much enjoy the Rat Pack, Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, and Morgan James – as well as Post Modern Jukebox.
What’s your favorite movie?
Anything Star Trek! But out of all the Star Trek movies I would say Wrath of Khan is by far one of my favorites. I also like the new reboot movies.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
Unfortunately, the one thing most people don’t know about me is I played English handbells for over 14 years.
